Disable virtual asset

POSThttps://api.firstleeward.com/v0/virtual-assets/:id/disable

Permanently disable a virtual asset. One-way operation: disabled assets cannot be reactivated. Existing ledger balances remain but are excluded from balance computation and no new allocations are allowed. Idempotent: re-disabling an already-disabled asset is a no-op.
