Get account

GEThttps://api.firstleeward.com/v0/accounts/:id

Retrieves account details and chain addresses, each listing the assets that address accepts - send only those, as a deposit of anything else fails with ASSET_NOT_ACCEPTED. List responses omit the accepted assets, so read them from here. Use GET /accounts/:id/balance to retrieve balance information.
