Retrieves where to send a bank transfer to fund the master collateral account. The project must be enabled for bank transfer funding, or the response is 403 FEATURE_NOT_ENABLED with detail.feature: FIAT_DEPOSITS. Always quote the returned reference on the transfer, and read these details fresh before each transfer rather than storing them - an account can be closed by the bank, and a transfer to a closed account has to be recalled. Sandbox returns placeholder details for an account no wire can reach; simulate a deposit instead of sending one.
