Serves a GENERATED statement file. Responds 302 to a short-lived URL that serves the file directly, so a plain HTTP client that follows redirects downloads it in one call; fetch that URL without your API credentials. Send Accept: application/json to receive the URL and its expiry as a body instead. A statement that is PENDING or FAILED has no file and responds STATEMENT_NOT_READY.
